This technology protects wildlife and infrastructure while making the park safer for visitors, showing how clean energy can support modern conservation efforts.
Thanks to ACReSAL’s new solar-powered boreholes, the Jos Wildlife Park is finally thriving. After years of severe water shortages, animals are calmer, birds have returned, and over 3,000 indigenous trees have been planted across 15 hectares. Beyond habitat restoration, the project empowers local communities by providing sustainable livelihoods through tree nurturing.
